Frugal Stocking Stuffers for Boys: Lego Compatible Minifigures

My boys both love Legos, especially the mini-figures! But boy are they expensive! I have such a hard time shelling out $5 or more for a tiny toy that will likely end up lost or vacuumed up. A while back I discovered off brand mini-figures and they are fabulous! The craftsmanship isn’t quite as good as the Lego brand, but at $0.25 or less a piece, they get the job done! Even the superhero/starwars ones are under $1/piece right now. (Amazon prices can fluctuate.)

They make great stock stuffers too, because they come in individual bags! I purchased the lot of 20 figures a while back. I’ve used a few as rewards, the rest I will split into my boys’ 2 stockings!
